Our Midwest office is located in the heart of St. Louis, and serves much of our market in St. Louis City. This office houses over 70 agents and staff members.

Managing Broker - Rory Schwartz

Real estate is what Rory does, but his mission is much more. Rory enjoys helping others reach their dreams and build wealth.  He has had a successful career in real estate sales for over 10 years before deciding that he could help more people by being a managing broker. For 20 years now Rory has helped others grow their business by helping others. 

Rory’s most important job, though, is that of a husband to wife, Jenny, and dad to his two kids.  He enjoys home projects or a weekend boating at the Lake.

Assistant Manager- Kate Tegtmeyer

Kate was raised in North St. Louis County and still resides there with her husband and their son and daughter. She has a background in psychology and counseling and loves talking and working with people.

Her motto has always been, “If it doesn’t kill you, it only makes you stronger.”
