Our Home Office is located in Des Peres and is home to our accounting, I.T., marketing, property management, relocation, and HR departments.
MARYANN VITALE ALLES
CEO
A St. Louis native, Maryann has a strong Italian background with qualities that reflect this— she is a champion of family, loves cooking, good food and wine. Maryann and her husband, Walt, live in a proud rehabbed home in Des Peres. Together they have six children and four grandchildren. The two enjoy playing golf, spending time with family, bowling and playing gin.
In March of 2002, Maryann co-founded the start-up of Prudential Select Properties. She became President and CEO of Select Properties in 2013 and led the team through its transition of re-branding to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties. Select Properties is now the largest locally-owned real estate brokerage in St. Louis.
In January 2024 Maryann was elected with the Local Life Membership Achievement for St. Louis Association of Realtors.
